Morning everyone-well it is still no warmer here had the heating on again last night,not helped by son and family texting from Bournemouth to say it was hot and sunny!!!My card today is for 613 Avenue Create -the challenge is ATG and the sponsors are Dr Digis,Limited Runs,and Fitztown and I chose their image Fae 35 coloured with promarkers,faux stitching round the image and added liquid pearls,cardstock from Papermill Direct,B.paper "Crowded Attic" from Tim Holtz and added a silver metal butterfly charm.

Hippy Chick

One layered card

My first post of the day is for the new challenge at Artistic Inspirations is ATG/One layer cards and the sponsor is "The Stamping Chef" and I used their image "Bittersweet" and I used a die-cut to make the shaped card.I coloured the image with promarkers,distress inks on the edges and the watch image is a Craft mag freebie.I had the intention of colouring in greys but a couple aren't working properly so added colour.I tell you now a one layer card is sooo difficult!!!My first attempt almost went in the bin but-- might try and save it lol.

Golden wedding Anniversary

My card today was commissioned by my SIL for her friends anniversary, a friend from school days.I used my brand new Tattered lace embossing folders,and die-cut words-gold embossed,figures and large swirl-behind the flowers is the free die with the Tattered lace magazine,the roses are from Hobbycraft and ribbon from stash.I also made a box and personalised the insert.

Baby card in a box

Morning everyone,my card today is a card in a box,which has been on my desk waiting to be decorated for about four days waiting for mojo to get back!The good think about this type of card it folds flat to be put into an evelope and for posting.Papers are all from stash,selection of dies,bottons,liquid pearls,twine and bow from stash.Image is a pre-coloured topper from Hobby House.Thank you all so much for the comments on my mini easel much appreciated

Recycle and old stash

Hi everyone and hope you are all well-can you believe we are halway through June already, these months are flying past!I have had some dull silver card for at least 5yrs and because it's dull and not mirri board have been at a loss how to use it,but recently bought Tim Holtz Alterations embossing folder "Gears" and it worked perfectly with the silver card.Then I swiped it with black acrylic to make it look like metal.In my stash I had a small canvas two and a half inches x three and a half inches(ATC size),bought because it came with a small easel (to take pics of my cards and which I have never used!)So I covered the canvas in the card and found a small plastic/metal Beatles embellishment which came off my sons broken key ring,so decided to glue that on too.Have now given it back to him recycled.

Vintage Spitfire

Hope you are all well,and have just made an 8" card to share with you using "Vintage Spitfire" an image I won from Delicious Doodles.I coloured the image with promarkers and chalked clouds,added glossy accents on the cockpit,cardstock from Papermill Direct,B.paper from Tim Holtz-Crowded Attic,spotted paper from stash and added a rub-on sentiment on a metal brad.Was happy with colouring but not happy with sky!

Sparkly Birthday Cake

Well,me Ellie and Holly-Ann finally made it into town on Saturday-we had a little shop the to Robbie/Johnsons for a coffee(or in the girls case they asked for a pot of tea) and toasted sandwich.Holly-Ann looking a lot better after her recent bad bout of scarlet fever,in her Rosie the riveter pose(world war 2 American poster)
