More Mixed Media/Shabby chic

I am back with my second post today to show you the engagement card I made for my son and his fiancee-I am really pleased how this turned out and really loving this adventure into mixed media lol.I mage the background by gessoing a piece of card then covering with kitchen roll and another coat of gesso then stamping onto this when dry with distress ink Victorian Velvet,a couple of die-cuts,ribbon and dewdrops from stash and made some small flowers and leaves and the congratulations were Tattered Lace craft mag freebie dies.I coloured with promarkers and distressed edges.
