Morning and this is my second DT post today-sorry late due to hubbys health -this card is for Simply Papercrafts and as we are sponsored by Bugaboo In used the image "Tulip Jar"coloured with promarkers-But-using the wide end instead of the fine point-quite like this effect and will definitely use it again!,I doodled round the edges and the background was made with Brushos.

Steampunk Rose Bug

I have two DT posts today sorry a little late due to hubbys health-the first one is for A Inky Mess and we are sponsored by Rick St Dennis-I used "Steampunk Rose Bug" coloured with promarkers and I doodled round the edges.
B.paper from stash and the die-cut clock from Marianne-all edges inked.
The background is embossed with a Tim Holtz EF and painted with Aztec bronze paint on black cardstock.
Everything was put on 3-D foam pads and onto the front of a folder-not sure what I will use it for yet -something will turn up!

Inkylicious and Baby Wipe

Morning and I have a Thank you card to share today using my new Inkylicious stamp,the background was made with a baby wipe used to clean some stamps grandaughters were using with a very juicy red inkpad!!!whilst the ink and wipe was still wet and laid it onto cardstock and kept patting it down and moving it around till it covered the card.
I then added some spots of yellow and blended with the still wet wipe.
I stamped the image and stamped sentiment,matted onto black the white cardstock and added tiny pearls and white gel pen from stash-I am sending this card to my Nephews wife who kindly sent me a rather large box of craft stuff and a box full of practically new stamps(not this one)-thank you very much Fiona much appreciated.

Origami Pencil Holder

Morning and today I have an origami pencil holder to share,I found the instructions whilst sorting through some old craft mags.The papers are all from Docrafts had them about three years and about time they were used!oddments of cardstock/buttons and metal button top from stash-it was a bit of a tester to see how sturdy it was really-so might make another one with more decoration added.
I have included a link but there are no sizes--I used 20cms sqares of paper and the base is a 5" square of chipboard covered with a square of matching paper.

Wedding Card

Morning and I am back with my 4th and last post today-which is for the halfway inspiration at Love To Craft and I had a wedding card order so just fitted the bill.I distressed and inked edges of paper which including the wooden heart/ribbon/cheescloth were from stash,dies from The Works and Tattered Lace,flower was handmade and I also made the little frame which I covered with gesso.

Coral Anniversary

Emmy's Breeze and Catch The Wind

Morning and we have a new challenge at Get Creative which is Favourite Song/Music/Dancing-we are sponsored by Ikes Art,Oddball Art and Sheepski Designs whose beautiful image I used.
I used Emmys Breeze coloured with promarkers and added white gel pen,cardstock from Papermill Direct,B.paper/pearl from stash and I used stitched square dies from The Works.
The metal flower and leaves which I brushed on Cosmic Shimmer Gilding Polish are from Xanderous Crafty Stash.
My inspiration was one of my favourite songs-Catch the Wind By Donovan.

Shabby Chic Heart Set

Morning and we have a new challenge at 613 Avenue Create which is ATG/Shabby Chic chosen by Sheryl.
I bought a set from The Works last year (£1) 3 different sized MDF hearts,papers and matching paper embellishments which were a bit flimsy but hey ho £1 so no complaints--
got as far as covering the hearts with the papers -decided they were a bit bright so stamped some music score from Kanban onto tissue paper and covered the hearts with PVA and the tissue paper-more PVA and distressed the edges.Added hessian/daisy ribbon/paper flower/hessian flowers and butterfly/fibres/pearls/lace/diecut flowers and ribbon to hang-all from stash.
The chipboard circle was treated the same way and stamped a sentiment from Sheena Douglas-distress inked and cut with a sizzix die.

Hello Bee/Butterfly--That's You

Morning and we have a new ATG challenge at Daisy Chain--so show us your project whatever it may be.I made a journal page with the game piece cutout which I ended up making a card with in an earlier post here.I sprayed through using Docart sprays and also added splatters from same colours,stamps from Docrafts,butterfly and Bee cut from stash papers,the black circles are bubble wrap dipped in Decoart acrylic also swiped edge of loyalty card through for the black lines and drag marks,white gel pen and some splats in Pebeo Vitrail-transparent gold,also added some sparkle with Distress glitter.

My First Junk Journal

Morning and hope you are all well--I have made my first junk journal yaay now bearing in mind this is my first--please be kind--or not if you don't like or think something could be added or changed-open to ideas-it does still need sewing together as couldn't get the hang of it so checking out youtube.The small size is just 4"x4.5" as my boxes are only small-covered the outside in two layers of Japanese newspaper I have kept for a few years it was wrapped round a present I received from an old pen pal,the inside covers were covered with a couple of distressed pages from an old advertising booklet and all the cover was strengthened with watered down PVA.The pages were also cut from the same boxes and covered in Decoart spray paints,Aztec metallic paints and Decoart acrylic paints,DIY filler through TH stencil,glue cap lid and edge of loyalty card dipped in white acrylic and Decoart black acrylic,various stamps from Chocolate Baroque/Crafters Companion/Kanban/Docrafts/Polka Doodle/Sheena Douglas and lots of little craft mag freebies-the eye was cut from a store mag and one page was a mop up copier paper doubled for thickness.I posted smaller pics but if you click on them you can see them enlarged.
