Morning the card I have to share today was inspired by the Nail Varnish technique at Back to Basics challenge-I have done this technique once before but not a success so thought I would give it another go.I used one background on this card and have quite a few ATC size for later.
The beautiful stamp was from Pip Art and coloured with promarkers and cut out and 3-D onto the background using 3-D foam pads the stamped sentiment was from Artisan Designs.Nothing else needed.
Welcome to my new follower ANGELA.

ReplyDeleteOmgosh, Carol, you are literally swaying me towards doing this technique! Watching the video where she lined a corningware dish with foil made me think ok maybe I can actually do this without re-painting my house haha. That and covering my hands and my work surface. Also you don't really need to be near a water faucet the whole time. Still trying to convince myself, so maybe not in time for this challenge, but your results were fab as (always) your art. Just read your about and you guys have been married 50 years? Get out! Did I add right? Wow, how wonderful! xoxoxo
ReplyDeleteWhat a stunning background, a really fab example of the technique. Thank you for playing along at Back to Basics.
