Quick Update

 Hi just a quick up-date and sorry to Vicki as my journal page will be late.We have had a full on upset week well from last Friday when John started to go downhill and took to bed.He hasn't been out of the house since before Christmas as his heart attack in Sept advanced his dementia.We have had emergency care out twice and after a couple of falls one at half three in the morning and yesterday had to get a neighbour to come and help us lift him off the floor as son was at work.He is now fully bedridden as can no longer even stand on his own without support-good job I have my Daughter  and DIL for help as she has just started a new job as a mobile carer.I haven't had any time or mojo for crafting so good job my DT posts are all done and scheduled for next month.I am trying to still keep up with commenting even though they maybe short mainly to keep my mind occupied.

A Crow and Pink Daisies.

 Morning and we have our midway inspiration post for the ATG/Mood board challenge at 

Stamping Sensations.

I went with pink and the daisies also in pink lol.The stamps are from AALL&Create ,not sure about the die-cut crow,found it in my oddments box,script stamp was a craft mag freebie years ago and the pink smooshed background was made with an oxide ink pad.The stamped circles were Clear Stamps.

Tricorn Fold

 Morning and I made a Tricorn card that I saw on Vickis blog. I found the topper already made using dies from John Next Door,Stampin Up and Spellbinders I think the little butterfly is Chocolate Baroque, just had to find some p.paper to go with from Paper Favourites.Folds flat to go in an envelope too.

Twisted Easel Bookfold

 Morning and I have two DT posts today,the second one is for the Use A Die challenge(chosen by me) for Dragonfly Dreams. I made a Bookfold/Twisted Easel card using more of the adhesive papers and a couple of offcuts from stash,ribbon from stash,rose stamp from Honey Doo Crafts and flower dies from John Next Door.foliage die from Stamping Up.

Spring and Daisies

 Morning and I have two DT posts today-the first one is for Stamping Sensations and we have an ATG/Spring Mood Board challenge and welcome to Helen as our GD this month.

I went with pink and daisies from the mood board using stamps from AALL&Create onto a lightly smooshed background,I also stamped the smaller daisies onto white card and used like a spotlight, I added script in the same distress ink colour and I found the die-cut circle off a previous smooshed piece in an oddments box so on it went lol, daisies were coloured with promarkers.

We have a £25 voucher prize from Crafty Individuals.

Card Chain Swap Reveal

 Morning and time for the Card Chain Swap reveal and 35 cards were exchanged.My card went to Dagmara in Poland and again I went with the On The Farm Option using self adhesive papers sent from Bonnie in a previous swap,farm animals  sent in a previous swap too and a die-cut frame from Spellbinders.

My fun card came from Linda in the USA.

Long Lost Zebras

 Morning and as it's the first of April can you believe? I have two DT post today-the second one is for Man/Boy challenge (my choice) at Pearly Sparkles.I have got rid of my craft desk and whilst decluttering I found an oddments box with a few things in including this Zebra image from I think Delicious Doodles must have had this years,I just added some chalk to the sky and pencil to the grass. I made a stepper card using P.papers from Craft O Clock and a stamped sentiment on a die-cut tag.

Bookmarks

Morning and 1st of April can you believe? So I have two DT post today-the first one is for the ATG challenge at Scrapping4fun.  

Helen is our Guest Designer this month.

I made a few bookmarks for someone.I used stamps frpm AALL&Create,Art Stamp from Carabelle and stamps and die set were a craft mag freebie years ago,stencil from Stencil Girl.Ribbon and brad from stash, bookmark slevves from Stix2.Images were coloured with promarkers and when I put glossy accents on the glass of red wine it turned it orange???
