Sketch Challenge

Morning, I saw a sketch on Alysons blog for the latest Atlantic Hearts challenge which I really liked-while in bed knitting I thought ooh I have some snippets of Bee paper so made this card. Paper from Crafters Companion, snippets of Bee paper from Creative World of Crafts, die-cuts from Spellbinders, Memory Box and Hero Arts, sentiment from Penny Black and ribbon bow from stash. I coloured the poppies to match some flowering in the garden at the moment.

Please note if any challenges have digi images for prizes I am just playing for fun and support as I don't have a printer

  12. That's a pretty great sketch. It's interesting how it appears at first glance to be separate pieced panels, and I do love a paneled design. Your bee paper and bees are so pretty and perfect companions to those lovely yellow flowers!

  45. Your sweet Spring card is so lovely, Carol. The bees have been buzzing around for months now in Las Vegas. As I visit my parents here in Minnesota, it's still a bit cold and chilly but the sun is certainly trying to make an appearance. The geese up at the cemetery haven't hatched their little goslings yet, so we know Spring is still "happening" here. The A/C has been running non-stop back home. I'm enjoying these cooler temps here before I go back to the heat. Thanks for sharing this sweet card, and thanks so much for your visits to my blog. Your comments mean a lot. I appreciate you, Carol.
