A Inky Mess

This post is three days late dute to been confined to bed once again for the past week with really high temperature and chest infection-just about back in the land of the living again-fingers crossed.We have a new challenge at A Inky Mess sponsored by The Old Design Shop.I covered a piece of greyboard with srtips of an old book page,covered with distress ink which I covered with a layer of siver Aztec paint,disressed the edges and treated a smaller piece exactly the same.
I painted a small piece of leftover paper cut with a border punch and stuck on smaller card slightly creased.I stamped,watercoloured and die-cut the rose and leaves from Sheena Douglass,and painted three pieces of greyboard fauna andded a few confetti hearts and done.

Paisley Elephant Silhouette

Morning and we have a new ATG challenge at Crafting With Friends and as we are sponsored by Bugaboo Images I used
Silhouette Elephant Paisley --now the first time I printed it there were lines through the image --so printed on different paper and cut through the one with lines and added strips on 3-D foam.

I used a TH corner stencil with a distress ink background-the stamped sentiment is from Visible Image,Spellbinders die and pearls from stash.

Winter Flamingoes

Morning I have a Christmas card to share today using Winter Flamingoes from Sparkle and Sprinkle-you get a pre-coloured and black and white image.I have used the black and white image before --but this time used the pre-coloured image and I added soft snow and die-cut clouds from Your Next Stamp,stitched square die from The Works and oddment of B.paper from stash.

My card I made for a DT but was injusred and couldn't blog but it appeared on DT challenge so no challenges for this one

Wild Roses- Meet -Christmas Roses

Morning everyone and hope you are all well and keeping warm/cool depending where you are!We have a new ATG/Use Flowers challenge at Create and Inspire sponsored by Sheepski Designs and I used the beautiful image "Wild Roses" coloured with promarkers-stamped sentiment and cardstock from stash,The stitched square dies are from The Works.

Now this is actually the first CAS card I have made that I am actually happy with-the background is stamped with a 5 piece stamp set from Altenew Christmas Roses stamps using distress inks and coloured the image to co-ordinate-happy with this one lol.

Decorated Canvas

Morning and we have a new "Something New" challenge at Daisy Chain--I decorated a canvas.The background was made with DIY ready made filler put on quite thickly and marked into strips,then wiped over with distress ink when dry.I added fibres and a new MDF frame/new foliage dies from Elizabeth Crafts/new hessian flowers from Prima which I won last month/a couple of flowers made with Joy dies,pin/ribbon/pearls and dewdrops from stash-everything was adhered with silicone glue gel for dimension.
