New Baby-Isabel

Morning and I have a New Baby card for the Just For Fun challenge at Artistic Inspirations-this card was an order so two birds with one stone so to speak-I made it a week earlier than was ordered and as she was going out of the door with it her hand-her phone rang to say the baby had been delivered just under an hour earlier -brilliant timing lol.The beautiful image is from Mos Digital Pencil have used this quite a lot for baby cards,coloured with promarkers and added glamour dust,dies used are Spellbinders/Sue Wilson and Memory Box--both ribbons,sparkly foot metal brad,dewdrops and liquid pearls all from stash.

Quick and Simple ATCs?????

Morning -hope everyone is well-we have a new ATG challenge at Simply Papercrafts sponsored by Di's Digi Stamps.I made an ATC set simple,quick and easy-right??? WRONG!!!I made three using an oxides background then overstamped and sprayed with sealant promptly causing the ink to smear!!!I made another three embossing the stamps then overstamped and when I picked them up ink smeared again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my third and final three background was made with Brushos,number stamp are an old unnamed stamp,then oxide ink through an AALL&Create mask-oxide round the edges and finish---still not really happy but enough is enough so here they are-----

Look quite inoffensive don't they---looks can be deceiving I tell you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gorgeous Gerbera

I made a birthday card using my new Sheena Douglass stamp-Gorgeous Gerbera and coloured with watercolours-the stamped sentiment -a craft mag freebie was also watercoloured.Stitched square dies from The Works.

Bee Crafty-Bee Postcard

It's been a while but Mr Mojo decided he needed a break!!!So started small and made a postcard for a FB swap page-UK Stampers they swap postcards,tags,ATCs and inches.The background was swiped with oxides and stamps used were texture stamps from Crafters Companion,Moon from Bee Crafty,Bee from Chocolate Baroque and script stamp from stash.

HELP-this is soooo annoying now does anyone know how to delete the photobucket pic that keeps appearing????

Holly-Ann the Drumming Unicorn

Morning and we have a new ATG challenge at Crafting With Friends sponsored by My Stitch Back in Twine but due to printer trouble my card is my own stamp.My card was made for our youngest grandaughter Holly-Ann who was 9yrs old on Wednesday-she loves Unicorns and as she is currently having drumming lessons calls herself The Drumming Unicorn!!!

The background was made by stamping music score from Kanban onto plain green paper(green is her favourite colour-mine too)the stamped drum set(which I stamped and silver embossed twice and decoupaged small drum and roses)the drumsticks(stamped and cut out)and the co-ordinating sentiment stamps are all part of the same set from Crafters Companion.The birthday sentiment was printed in Dafont before printer broke as I knew what I was going to need luckily!!!-then I just doodles round all sentiment edges.

I coloured the image with promarkers and drums ended up being a different shade purely because I stamped onto different card.I also added a Unicorn image inside.
Holly is now the proud owner of a set of drums-thankfully at her Mums and not ours lol and best of luck to the neighbours!!!

OOhh and as it's also Friday the 13th it's Hubbys 69th birthday too and we are having a little party for Holly tonight so will catch up with you all tomorrow.

Morning -hope everyone is well and ready to join our new ATG/Dies/stencils challenge at Create and Inspire-sponsore by Sweet Escape Digis,and as I am now sorted with a new printer I used the beautiful image "Cheers",coloured with promarkers and added glossy accents.

I cut the image out and used silicone gel for depth and placed on a Spellbinders die-cut frame--the background was made using two shades of oxide ink through a Dutch Doobedoo and a TH stencil,the strips of adhesive gems from Home Bargains,also used one for an ear-ring.

Monty Python Inspired

Morning and we were absolutely devastated yesterday I went to let our two ducks Daphne and Derek out to find the duck house side broken into fox pawprints all over outside had found a weak spot and ducks gone-we have had them from 4 days old!!! Chickens were on high alert and not a peep out of any of them all day-my son saw the fox walking down the street the other night and said it was big and with a very big bushy tail-next door neighbour said he haerd a commotion at 3am but couldn't see anything!!!

Right onto card we have a new Monochrome challenge at Daisy Chain starting today and yyyaaaaayyy this is the first one-layer CAS card that I am actually pleased with a Monty Python inspired card,Stamps used are Inkylicious,Lisa Horton from Creative Expressions and the hand is part of a collage stamp from Docrafts I do believe(lost the wrapper)sentiment stamp was from a craft mag freebie set and I drew the lines with a Sharpie and a ruler and red lips was also a sharpie.
