Dog Wash and News!

Morning everyone WOOHOO I am delighted to be able to tell you I am one of the new DT members of Open-Minded Crafting Fun Design team and this is my first card.The challenge is "Water,water Everywhere" and the sponsors are Crafty Sentiments,Delicious Doodles,Paper Pretties,and Scribbles Designs, whose design "Dog wash" I have used,coloured with promarkers,and added glossy accents and Cosmic Shimmer liquid pearls for soapy bubbles,dewdrops from stash,cardstock from Papermill Direct.The border die is "Big Splash Border Die" from Memory Box.
