Fintastic Birthday Fishes

Morning again and back with my second card today which is ATG for CCC Digi Creations and our sponsor is Oak Pond Creations and I used the image Fancy Fish coloured with promarkers and added glossy accents on bubbles and eyes,B.paper was downloaded from internet site,and used Creative Expressions Delicate Fronds die as seaweed,cardstock from Papermill Direct,dewdrops from stash.

    That background paper has a kind of mixed media look and it makes a really great basis for an underwater scene. All the die cuts make up a really fab seabed. Cute!
