Morning everone and my project today is the result of just having a play-and the project is for the reminder at
Our Crafty Corner where the challenge is Use Stencils.I made a book card all the cardstock is from Papermill Direct,first of all I cut strips from brown cardstock then painted with white acrylic and TH crackle paint but obviously didn't put it on thick enough!I then daubed distress inks and sprayed with Bronze mica spray and splattered with watered down white acrylic.I tied the strips together with hessian twine to look like a rundown fence,added corrugated cardboard and piece of hessian.die-cut handmade flowers,Sweet Pea flourish a Tattered lace mag freebie,and I cut the ends off coffee stirrers to make garden labels,for the inside I used craft mag freebies and more corrugated cardboard swiped with gesso,and the inside box holds packets of seeds for the gardener.I used silicone glue between the layers for depth.
