Morning and hope you are all well-I am nursing a sprained knee or second opinion sprained tendon-I actuallt managed to do this by just walking up the stairs,got to the top and felt a twang behind my knee which is now really bruised and hobbling well,how easily things can happen!!!We have a new ATG challenge starting today at

Hi Carol - I hope your knee feels better soon - sounds painful - it is horrible when something we rely on so much suddenly doesn't work properly and with out pain! you must take it easy.
