Morning and we have a new ATG challenge at
Crafting With Friends,sponsored by
Melonheadz and I chose
"Road Construction" as my little grandson is obsessed with diggers and any kind of construction vehicles he had loads.The images are all precoloured and there are loads more images than I used,I startd with the idea of making a card then decided to make him a hanging for his bedroom,I used an MDF shape from Joanna Sheen,and painted it in a couple of Aztec paints,distressed some pieces of recycled corrugated packaging and put the images on 3-D foam,cloud die from Your Next Stamp and I will put his name on before I give it to him.

I can remember many a fond hour playing in a big dirt pile in the backyard with my son and his tonka trucks LOL We had so much fun, creating roads, tunnels, etc, and excavating using the bigger trucks! A fun wallhangig for a young boy. My youngest nephew, aged 16 months, seem to be quite fascinated by this kind of vehicles too. His older brothers weren't so into cars and vehicles but the youngest one seems to be. tgis is nicely put together and there's lots to look at.

You are going to be his favorite Granma with this wallhanging. Wonderful bright colors, loads of texture too. Love that you made it something decorative that he can keep, rather than a card, which probably wouldn't impress him quite as much. Every little boy loves his trucks (and big boys do too!) TFS
