Decorated Notebook Cover

Morning me again and back with my 4th and last DT post for today which is the midway reminder for Love To Craft ATG challenge.I decided to decorate a notebook cover which I first covered in crumpled masking tape which I coated in gesso,then I just added cheesecloth/cogs/a die-cut/stamped Inspire/tiny pink beads and embroidery thread-I then added some Gelatos and covered practically everything in Cosmic Shimmer Gilding Polish.

    Stunning notebook, I love the effect you have made with the crumpled masking tape, I have never seen that before - it looks really effective. A wonderful mix of textures and colours.

    To be able to make something like this I'd need a step by step tutorial for dummies I think. I don't know how to take a piece of this and a bit of that and just turn it into a stunning decorative style as this... impressed!

    Wow! You added some amazing layers to this notebook! I giggled a little though, when you said that you covered "practically everything" in Cosmic Shimmer... I have a hard time stopping when I start "shimmering" something, as well. :)
