The first one was coloured with promarkers and added glossy accents/glamour dust,the papers were left over scraps of craft mag freebies,stamped sentiment from Penny Black,doodles were made with ruler and fineliner pen--all straight forward and simple right!!!
NOW for a laugh---CAS it maybe BUT---now when I first looked at the image and I have no idea why??? I though the end was a branch with leaves so coloured it brown as it did it I moved the image and realised it was a Santa hat--yes yes I know what an idiot --now I know what it is I see it straight away lol.Gets better -finished colouring it stuck it onto card and stamped the sentiment into the top corner --as I tried to open the card thought omg --had stuck the sentiment on what I thought was the top but had card upside down!!!had to trim round the image and stick onto another card and yes I can hear you all laughing CAS my foot!!! putting it politely lol.Took me longer than the first one!!!!!!!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteI particularly like your, so called, CAS card. I think that every year I must make at least one card upside down and have to cut the image off and put it onto another card. In this case, the large white border really shows the image off, you should make more like this, looks great.

Two fab cards using those quirky bird images, Carol! The poor thing looks like he's having a rough time of Christmas...as it sounds you are with making these?! I think we've all made an upside down card at some point, but there's always a way round it and it's nice to know that we're not alone in doing it?!
