Morning and it's time for GDT inspirational post at A Place To Start for the Stencil Me In challenge.I made a gatefold card using a fabulous stencil "Stacy's Garden-Floral Panel" from Artisan Design, using oxide ink pad onto black cardstock. The flowers were coloured with promarkers, stamped a couple of times to 3-D -added glossy accent rain drops and adhered to just one side.

Aren't Oxides amazing on darker card - this looks great. I haven't made a gatefold card for a LONG time - I love the image being on one side, that was one of my personal favourite things to do. Looks great, Carol.

Beautiful gatefold card, Carol, with such rich colors! Your fussy cutting is fabulous! I am in love with the stencil! Question - did the overlapping flowers hold your gatefold closed? Or did you use some other method of keeping it closed for photographing? It's beautiful! (congrats on the GDT spot!) hugs, de
