DRS Designs and I chose the Jumping Fish image coloured with promarkers and then glossy accents with added glamour dust for sparkle.Liquid pearls for the splash and chalked sky-then I decided to die-cut the image out and mat onto black card to make it stand out the sentiment was a craft mag freebie.Dies for The Works and Creative Dies.
