Fitness Postcard

I have a postcard to share that I made for a FB forum swap it has to be flat to be sent through the post-the background was made with oxides through a TH stencil and sequin waste.
All the sports stamps, sentiment and scrip stamps are all craft mag freebies.
I paper pieced the bag, trainers and dumbells, glossy accents on drinks bottle and of course used my fave texture stamp round the edges.

  17. Great job on this, keeping it flat but with interesting touches. I took my whole bedroom apart to clean it today. Does that count as a work out? Now I'm going to cook dinner and then we'll take the dogs for a walk. Whew! I'm beat!

  19. A great postcard. Great background and I like the paper piecing. That is one of my favorite things to do, but I don't do it often as it usually involves fussy cutting. :)

  39. Such a cool idea to do a postcard, much easier to post. There is so much to look at, which makes you forget that its one-layer, very clever. And definitely empowering and encouraging too. So brilliant and glad you shared it with us at TIME OUT!
