I made a CAS card using an old wooden stamp from Inkadinkadoo that I have had for years,coloured with promarkers and an odd strip of P.paper from stash.

Gorgeous Carol, love the beautiful colours and your fab layout. I too have loads of old wood mounted stamps which so rarely see the light of day but they are beautifully made, loads of detail and timeless images, I need to make more use of them.

ReplyDeleteI love this card and the image you used! Your card is stunning and so happy you are showing off an oldie but goodie. I have a few wood-mounted stamps on my table that I am working on and it makes me happy also to bring them back to life. I am downsizing and so many wooden stamps will be included in my donation box and just saving the ones that are special to me, the rest have to go:( Just too much stuff. LOL Hugs XXOO

Gosh, this takes me back to when the Hero Arts ladies were very popular. I had one particular friend (sadly, no longer with us) who loved them and created some amazingly elegant pieces. I actually like the old Inkadinkado stamps and have several - not to mention PSX. Great card, Carol.
