Herbert The Hare

Morning -another new month and hope everyone is safe and well and not too bored in isolation.
My DT card today is for the Bunnies/Bears/Rabbits challenge at Pearly Sparkles and as I couldn't find my rabbit stamp I hope Herbert The Hare from Stampotique is okay instead.
Now this image is the second one I coloured with pencils (borrowed from Grandaughters who we are missing dreadfully!) the die-cut frames are from Sizzix -the strip of coloured paper was an oddment on my desk and the background was made using all scraps of co-ordinating papers glued onto a piece of card.

  7. That's got to be the funniest, cutest, and most unique hare image I've ever seen! LOVE the boots LOL The expression he's wearing is what I look like most days after being held captive in my home for too long! Great card, I just love this one :)

What a great use of your scrap stash- I really like the "feel" of this card- not your ordinary Easter Bunny card- for sure! Thanks for entering this beauty in the JDS Blog Challenge #10! Good luck and be safe.

  17. Herbert looks like me after all these weeks of isolation! I think the worst part is missing the grandkids or for me, my one grandson. We are doing the right thing staying apart.

Awesome fun card Carol, love the fun image and background..I'm just missing human contact, after all the years going out to work as a carer, suddenly I feel quite alone..I'm okay of course and can talk on the phone and stuff and watch the domestics down the back..lol..that is always good for entertainment..but just in general..
