Welcome to my new follower WILMA
My card today was made using a cut it out idea just using part of the image sort of take on the spotlight technique.
The background was made with distress ink and an Artisan Design stencil-the Delicious Doodles Digital image(sorry no longer available) was coloured with promarkers and a white gel pen then a curved strip cut out and a stamped sentiment.
