Hi and can we just ignore the date!!!The last of my Christmas cards to blog they have all been posted off over a week ago(never been so organised lol)I made one using a freebie image from HERE, coloured with promarkers and glossy accents on flame and candle(I did one on the full lantern but it all cracked when I tried to stick it down!)
Embossing folder from Crafters Companion and swiped over with a distress ink pad, pine needle bough was a die-cut from Memory Box coloured with distress ink and added glamour dust for sparkle.
Was pleased how it turned out so made three -as you do lol.

ReplyDeleteCute lantern card for our Double Trouble challenge. I've run into that cracking problem, too. I've solved it using an acetate sheet in front of what I want "shiny", and that seems to work. Thank you for joining us!!! -Donna
ReplyDeleteThe flaming lattern is brilliant and I especially love your added details with the glossy accents over the flame! The brick backaground makes a brilliant texture too! Good for you on getting out all of your Christmas cards...I need to get mine sorted!! Thanks for the wonderful inspiration! HUGS
