Last of the Christmas cards

Hi and can we just ignore the date!!!The last of my Christmas cards to blog they have all been posted off over a week ago(never been so organised lol)I made one using a freebie image from HERE, coloured with promarkers and glossy accents on flame and candle(I did one on the full lantern but it all cracked when I tried to stick it down!)

Embossing folder from Crafters Companion and swiped over with a distress ink pad, pine needle bough was a die-cut from Memory Box coloured with distress ink and added glamour dust for sparkle.

Was pleased how it turned out so made three -as you do lol.

  4. Cute lantern card for our Double Trouble challenge. I've run into that cracking problem, too. I've solved it using an acetate sheet in front of what I want "shiny", and that seems to work. Thank you for joining us!!! -Donna

  10. Oh, I need your discipline. I have said it before, but I really do need to come and live with you, so I can be this organised.

Fabulous lantern cards, I love the idea of using Glossy Accents and how you have swiped the background with an ink pad.

I guess you can sit back and put your feet up now.

  13. What a pretty collection of Christmas cards Carol.

You are so organised, I'm impressed. Mine still sit in a pile in my craft room ready for labelling and stamping. I need to get a move on as from what I hear the post os already slow, I posted something off to one of our sons last Thursday and it's still not arrived, worrying as it has an important document inside.
