Flowers and Ladybirds

Morning and my card today used the Chrysanthemum set of stamps from Pink Frog and I just coloured the main flower, leaves and ladybirds with promarkers-not totally happy with the result though!-leaves to symetrical and only four?Dies from Creative Dies.

  12. Love that you stamped the corners with the flowers and then did a pop-up of the flower in the center as your focal point. Who says you can't do symetrical, my daughter has always told me you can do anything in cardmaking... sooo you did a great job with the layout and coloring. Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble.

  19. Great card using that pretty chrysanthemum stamp, Carol...we're always told to work in odd numbers but sometimes symmetry and even numbers can work just as well, it just creates a more modern and structured design. Love the little pops of red in the ladybirds too...

  38. Love your ladybirds! I’ve never heard them called that. I’m from Canada and I call them ladybugs. It’s an amazing card. PS: I hadn’t noticed what you mentioned as displeasing until you said it and I still don’t see it as you do. It’s lovely!
