Hi I have another last minute birthday card for a SIL which was posted first class three days before her birthday and she finally received it three days after her birthday and she lives in the same town-funnily enough they visited us the day after her birthday so could have hung on to it!!!
Anyways I made another diamond point card with p,paper from stash and embossed the Magnolia stamp from Chocolate Baroque onto a die-cut frame from Spellbinders-faux stitched round the edges with a silver pen and used some ancient corner peel offs I found.
Would just like to thank you all for your support, friendship and lovely comments throughout the year and wishing you all a Merry Christmas and hopefully a Happier New Year

Our post is a joke Carol, its a beautiful card and I think it was worth waiting for.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy Christmas lovely lady.xx
I've had cards delivered over a 1000 miles away before one sent to a neighbor 2 houses away, so there's no rhyme or reason with the postal service anymore. This is beautiful and I'm sure your SIL loved it. Arriving late gives one reason to celebrate their birthday a little longer :) Thanks too for your loyal visits and comments through the year(s) - wishing you and yours a blessed Christmas and a healthy and happier new year as well!
ReplyDeleteWow absolutely beautiful!!!

Very striking design. Post is certainly all over the place, ive had cards arrive in Europe before those for this country posted at the same time! Merry Christmas to you and you family. Emmax
ReplyDeleteOur post hasn't been too bad over the last couple of weeks but before that, things were taking up to three weeks to arrive, including first class signed for items! Your card is lovely and I'm sure that your SIL understood it being a little late. If I don't get to visit you again before the big day, then I hope that it's a good one for you and I wish you all the very best for 2022 xx
ReplyDeleteA gorgeous card Carol!
