Morning me and Vicki have decided to make a journal page a month -well actually Vicki was doing it and I asked if I could join her -she has made a list of monthly challenges and I am catching up with January which was-Use scraps of unfinished/unused crafty backgrounds.
I found a few and tore them into scraps and wove them together, then added a see through face from Grandaughters make-up packaging and added a stamped sentiment.
The actual background journal page was already made with mop ups.

What a fun concept Carol. I love how you have used the semi-transparent face from some discarded packaging (It was discarded, wasn't it? I now have a vision in my head of a hole cut out of something she was keeping, lol!) Your mopped up background looks fabulous and what a clever idea to weave the torn up strips.
