Faux Stepper Card

Morning and I have made a card using some papers from a paper pad I bought from The Works a couple of months ago. Some of the papers I was at a loss how to use got them out yesterday and made three cards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first one I am posting today uses the P.papers , a stamped butterfly coloured with promarkers-think it's an IndigoBlu stamp not totally sure and the little die-cut Bee was Hero Arts.

The fold is a faux stepper card for the Butterfly Spot challenge and I think I included all the colours too.

Thank you for all your lovely comments after my fall and last night I actually ached less thankfully.

  1. So sorry you fell. It is so scary to fall once we get a little older. I've had two extremely bad falls and am terrified of another. I love this card, So beautiful. That paper makes a stunning background for the butterfly. Cute addition of the bee.

  4. So very pleased to hear that you are feeling a little less sore, please take more care in future.

This is a delightful card, I had never heard of a faux step card and had to go off to Youtube to find out more. Your papers are just gorgeous and I adore your butterfly - fabulous colouring.

I need to make a note of the measurements for this card as I can see me trying that out at some point.

    Have a great week.

  32. Firstly, I am so sorry to hear about your fall! I am aching right there with you because I fell a month ago and displaced my tailbone of all things. Let me tell ya, you don't want to do that!! And, since it was right after our move, I couldn't really do much unpacking, which made me feel even worse.

Anyhoo, I am so glad that you are feeling at least somewhat better and enjoying crafting again. Your faux stepper card is beautiful! I love step cards but haven't done this one yet. You are inspiring me! Thank you for playing in my Creative Creases Challenge and hope you can join in again soon.
