Sympathy

Morning and we can't seem to get a break here-Son got sent home from work on Monday with suspected fractured ribs,Dr sent him straight to A&E and no it's pneumonia!!!

Then we got a call from a nephew to say SIL had died. She has been in a care home for a couple of years with Dementia and end of life care for a couple of months, not eating or drinking so actually a blessing but still! I know people are going through worse but just seems one thing after another. So sadly a sympathy card was needed and this is the first all white card I have ever made I think.I scored the lines on the background, then added a smaller piece of card to add the flowers and bow -think the dies are memory Box but not entirely sure as package thrown-because I would remember whose they were!!!

DIL saw this and needed one for a staff member who lost her Dad yesterday, juat added some hearts from stash.

  2. Life can really throw it at us at times Carol, sorry to read all this news. One of my boy's just discovered he's got a fractured hip, nine hours A&E as so much pain and could hardly walk, they said MRI needed but could be weeks, take painkillers so had it done privately, now GP's in a panic what to do next. What's it coming to?

  11. These are both absolutely beautiful white on white cards, Carol. I don't know why there often seems to be extra sadness in December. I have had my fingers crossed that we get through the end of the year without it. Last December was not good. I'm sorry for your son and SIL. I hope your son will be okay. Fingers crossed for you.
