Morning and last Saturday of the month and it's time for the Smash Your Stash journal page challenge with Vicki from Stamped Smiles so please check out her brilliant blog too.The prompt this month is "material"and I found a lst scrap of adhesive material must have had for years and wasn't big enough to do anything with-so what do you do keep it just in case lol.
I adhered it onto a partially stencilled background(already done, two pieces of self adhesive hessian, some black threads and a flower I made out of a scrap of lace, the black gem was from stash.Weird just realised I used Alices colours.
PLEASE NOTE IF ANY CHALLENGES HAVE DIGIS FOR PRIZES-I AM JUST PLAYING FOR FUN AND SUPPORT AS I HAVE NO PRINTER
EDIT------
Sorry this was late again Vicki but forgot to schedule last night as would you believe it our little dog Alice who has been unwell-took a turn for the worse last night, then passed away this morning bless her.

ReplyDeleteOh, goodness, Carol... after reading about Alice I can't think of anything else. You know how I love dogs and it makes me weak in the knees to think of your loss. Our loss of Wally and LuLu still feels so fresh. Alice was an adorable little girl and you must have loved her so much. I'm sorry. Taking another look at your art piece, it's clever of you to pull this together from limited supplies. Makes me think of my sewing days. I enjoyed that, but paper crafting is better. Hugs.
