Morning and I have another Christmas card to share- using a Chocolate Baroque stamp coloured with promarkers and stamped onto D, paper from The Paper Boutique, I stamped the image onto cardstock and cut out and put the flowers onto 3-D foam pads and omg just looking at the pic and I have left two leaves uncovered and card has already been posted! Why can you not see the things first- and I only 3-D the flowers because I coloured the bottom one green lol !!!
PLEASE NOTE IF ANY CHALLENGES HAVE DIGIS FOR PRIZES-I AM JUST PLAYING FOR FUN AND SUPPORT AS I HAVE NO PRINTER

ReplyDeleteCarol, your Christmas card is absolutely beautiful! The Chocolate Baroque stamp and the way you've colored it with promarkers create such a lovely effect. The 3-D flowers add a wonderful dimension to the card. Don't worry about the uncolored leaves—they add a unique touch!
ReplyDeleteA fabulous card Carol. This is one of my NBUS stamps. I must try and use it in the new year x
ReplyDeleteThis turned out lovely and I'm betting the recipient won't even notice that you didn't color those leaves. Even if it's noticed, it makes your card special because you created it for them.

Gosh, this is beautiful and, Carol, I have been there many times, seeing things in a photo that I didn't notice in hand. Maybe I need to take smaller pictures. Love your use of the designer paper.

What a beautiful card Carol! I love the popped up flowers over the musical score and the pretty background papers behind that too! I don't think I would've noticed your uncolored leaves if you hadn't pointed it out...so maybe true for the recipient as well. HUGS
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card, your music is perfect as a background for your Christmas flowers. I would never have noticed the leaves until you mentioned :)
ReplyDeleteVery pretty Christmas rose card. xxx
ReplyDeleteIt looks so good these flowers on that double background! If you hadn't said I wouldn't see it right away... Now you will change that... Enjoy the weekend!
ReplyDeleteIt is funny how many things are only picked up when we look at the photos of our makes, I often find that. Gorgeous hellobore card, they always remind me of my aunt as they grew like weeds in her garden and she ended up with lots of different ones where they cross pollinated. Love the use of the music paper. Thank you for joining us at We Love Stamping. Emmax
ReplyDeleteI love christmas roses and I have a lot of them in my garden and in my outside christmas decoration. And I love your card too, great coloring!!
ReplyDeleteYour card is absolutely stunning Carol. Those flowers are beautiful and the background so perfect! Sounds like you had a very sparkly good time at the craft class lol.
ReplyDeleteCarol, this is stunning! I love the colour and shading on the flowers. The errors you mention aren’t visible at all - it’s simply gorgeous :)
ReplyDeleteYou made a very beautiful card with the sweet flowers!
ReplyDeleteI usually take a picture before I stick everything on my card... also when I doubt with color combinations, you can often see that better in the picture. Greetings Wilma
