Star Stampz and I used the cute image "Balloons and Ice-Cream coloured with promarkers/glossy accents on heart balloon/chalked clouds and added gems.Cardstock from Papermill Direct,papers and stamped sentiment were craft mag freebies,gems/ribbon and heart-candle button from stash.
