Impossible card

I have an impossible card to share today now I have made one before here.
Now what do you see when you look at this card a pretty simple card-right??? Wrong!!! this card symbolises three hours---THREE STRESSFUL HOURS of my time 1-I ended up cutting three base cards in different colours as couldn't find suitable papers to match 2-then when I did I cut the sides wrong so run out of paper 3-then couldn't decide on stamps to match the papers 4-then stamped in versamark ink and coloured with mica pwd-didnt like that 5-then embossed stamps and burnt my thumb! 6-then lost two images amongst the mess I had created on my desk looking for papers----so this is the end result-not as I envisaged but at least finishe---I would dearly love to say this is the last impossible card for a long time BUT as I have three blank bases cut I will not let it beat me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The embossed stamps are from IndigoBlu and B.paper from The Works.

I can relate to you..especially right now actually...sometimes things just don't want to come together and something you think would be simple seems to take way too long! :) Sending hugs

  12. I can relate. I’ve never made an impossible card, but I can safely say your experience making this one sounds familiar when trying to make a different fold design. I don’t know how you envisioned this card, but it turned out great in my opinion.

  28. Do I detect a bit of frustration with making this card? Hah, you showed it who's boss, because it's unique, and quite rustic with all the wood tones and great gold image! I've never even attempted to make an impossible card, because I know for me it would literally be impossible! LOL NJ!
