Postcard and ATC Swaps

Morning and I am decluttering my stash and trying to use at least once a week neglected or unused stamps/dies/EF and deciding what to keep -today I have a postcard and an ATC set to share which have been made for swaps on a FB forum.
The post card was made using a large old wooden script stamp from Stampabilities, wine bottles/glasses/sentiment and bubbles are craft mag freebies(keepers lol)and the delicate background was made with DI and aan Imagination Craft stencil(neglected Stash)wine and bottle tops coloured with promarkers and DI edges.

ATC set-made with craft mag freebie stamps and a washi tape (unused found in bottom of ribbon box)The domino stamp strip was won a couple of years ago-I think from Lost Coast Portal and first time used.

  1. It's a very cathartic exercise Carol and something we all need to do now and then, I often find I see neglected stamps etc., in a totally different light. Great makes with those you have re-discovered.

  3. It's really interesting visiting old stamps as you can often see them in a whole new light the second time around. I've been trying to use some of my older stamps to build up my card stash and it's been fun, plus, I've found lots that I'd forgotten I had lol :) Lovely makes Carol x

  9. Your ATCs are just fabulous Carol! I love your images and I also love the idea of using your neglected stash which is something that I've been wanting to do since the first of the year! When I start cleaning my room...it's ALL over the place! LOL! Wonderful inspiration today my friend! HUGS

  12. Both projects look amazing, Carol, with the awesome colors in your collage, and the fun ATC games! I, too, want to start playing with old stuff, neglected stuff, virginal stuff, and stuff that I want to upcycle. Hopefully, I am better positioned to do just that. But first, my craft room has a giant pile of things that require my attention to determine whether to share them with others, finish them, or upcycle them. Today I ended up giving a few mini classes to friends who were unfamiliar with basic techniques. I love seeing their faces light up when learning new techniques - just as I enjoy learning from my mistakes or other people's samples. Hoping you are having a great week-end, Carol, and that things are going as well as possible, too. Thank you for being such an inspirational friend - both art wise and heart wise. love, de

  13. These are seriously cool! My mom is a great pool player whose been shooting for decades now (at a hobbyist level, she's never had any desire to compete professionally) and your ATC with set of billiard balls instantly made me think of her.

  14. Lovely work Carol, as always, I love the masculine theme of the ATCs.

I am hopeless at de-clittering but badly need to downsize my stash - I am a crafty hoarder I am afraid. There is so much I have not used for a long time and it takes up so much space, doesn't it?

    Take care.

    Have a good week.

  26. I think we are all guilty of buying new and neglecting the older items in our stash. I do try to remind myself to use the old, but it's usually stamps and the odds and ends never get used. You've put your neglected stash to good use today Carol, the ATCs would be great card toppers for a man.
