Smash Your Stash Journal Page

Last Saturday of the month and time for the Smash Your Stash journal page challenge with Vicki. Please check out her blog as she makes brilliant journal pages-mine just seem to be hotch potch and thrown together.

The theme this month is liquid drops/enamel dots/brads/eyelets-my first thought was omg don't have any of those-so rummage through a mixed scrap drawer and found some liquid pearls which actually still worked,and some brads,and as this was a smash your stash I used a page background already made and waiting to be used-found a little frame I made years ago that got left because it was a little wonky but now I think wonky is good lol,added some pink and gold Cosmic Shimmer gilding polish that thankfully still worked -had those years too!Added a couple of stamps from a set loose in box sooo not sure whose they are at the moment.

Beautiful Iris

Morning and I have a pretty quick and simple card today papers are from The Works and I cut two of the large beautiful Iris pieces out(card is 8"x6") and decoupaged the flowers,sentiment stamp from Pink Frog and done!

Faux Stepper Card

Morning and I have made a card using some papers from a paper pad I bought from The Works a couple of months ago.Some of the papers I was at a loss how to use got them out yesterday and made three cards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first one I am posting today uses the P.papers , a stamped butterfly coloured with promarkers-think it's an IndigoBlu stamp not totally sure and the little die-cut Bee was Hero Arts.

The fold is a faux stepper card for the Butterfly Spot challenge and I think I included all the colours too.

Thank you for all your lovely comments after my fall and last night I actually ached less thankfully.

Wedding Advent Countdown

Well my son showed me a pic and said can you make one of these wedding advent countdowns for me for Rosie-no problem ONLY I went a little bit mad lol

And this---

Actually turned into this lol !!!

Contents---

Then I thought I should have taken a pic of all the items before I wrapped them---there was two types of chocolate---two different packs of wax melts---face wipes---facial water---sml deodorant---face mask---sml bottle red wine---sml bottle prosecco.All numbered 1 to 10 and one opened each day in the 10 run up days to the wedding.Not bad considering the short notice!All papers and embellishments were oddments from stash.Please excuse some of the packaging as I had a fall in the street a couple of days ago really shook me up and hurt my knee and shoulder -as a result my spine is now playing up too as I have scoliosis-after breaking glasses only need a thing!!!

Even though it slightly evolved they were delighted thankfully.

CornFlowers and Gladioli

Morning and we have a new ATG challenge at TTCRD sponsored by Sheepski Designs,and I used the image Cornflowers coloured with OMG pencils---now I have two ~~excuses~~ errr reasons my colouring is not too good---

1---I sat on my reading glasses and now all wonky and not quite focused(yes I can hear you laughing!)

2---most of my promarkers have dried up(Yes the colours I wanted!)

SO--- I had to borrow Helens Faber-Castell polychromos pencils and I kid you not I do them no favours!

anyways here it is-I added glossy accents on the jar,stamped sentiment is from Pink Frog and the piece of P.paper is from The Works,die cut frames from Crafters Companion.

The prize is 3 images from Sheepski Designs.

Not that the next pic is to distract you in any way lol! The last of the gladioli from the garden.

Pretty Sweet Peas

Morning and my card today was cased from one of Chrissys cards with her permission of course,I used the design but not as much work as hers lol.I love this pretty design and will definitely use again.

The p.papers were from The Works,the punch from Tonic had it years, the image and sentiment from AALL&Create lightly coloured with promarkers,I love sweet peas and have quite a few in the garden,background dotty stamp from Creative Expressions.

Thank you so Much!

Just a quick update with a well deserved shout out to Jans Digi Stamps.

Well I am speechless! I posted my card on my blog just mentioning the image From Jan's Digital Images - was already printed as I lost all my images when my computer died-Jan Mayhew commented on my card.Just received an email from Dick Mayhew (Jans hubby) they are sending me some images to help build up the stock I lost -(have received 5 emails with loads of images up to now! Just giving a shoutout for their kindness which is much appreciated-thank you to you both and A Company Worth Dealing With !!!

Diamond Fold Card and Flowers

Morning and I have a diamond fold card today, I found a pre-coloured image from a Wild Flower Blossoms set from Jan's Digis-already printed out luckily (as I lost all my digis when computer died!) Spellbinder die-cut frames a stamped image on shrink plastic I found in the bit box also a 3-D plastic type flower thingy from goodness knows where lol.

Notebook Folio

Morning and my post today is for a GDT spot for the ATG Mixed media challenge at Creative Artiste.

I made a another notebook folio using the tutorial from HERE

The P.papers were from The Works and I used the rose stamp from HoneyDoo crafts on shrink plastic with a Spell Binders die-cut frame.

Inside cover with pockets and tags from same paper.

These are all the tags.

This was a mini folder plus tags tucked inside the right hand side pocket.

This was the back -and added a little Bee cut from a recycled birthday card.
