Coveted Iris

20 Winks and a challenge

Morning everyone and welcome to the new challenge at Get Creative Challenges which is "Bingo Board".We are sponsored by Rick St.Dennis and I chose the beautiful image "20 Winks" coloured with promarkers and glamour dusted wings,cardstock from Papermill Direct,B.papers/ribbon/pearls/brad from stash,Martha Stewart punched border,Sizzix die-cut frame,I stamped and heat embossed the Dawn Bibby flowers stamps (about 5yrs old)which I layered up,leaves were from same set and added frantage,and I made my favourite upright Z-fold card.

Does What it Says on the Tin lol

Happy Birthday

Just squeezing another card in this is my first of two cards today lol-this card was made for my daughter to give to my BIL-luckily he saw the funny side lol.I used a Bugaboo Gus image and sentiment coloured with promarkers and added glossy accents,cardstock from Papermill Direct,papers,tag and corner dies from stash,twine was recycled.

Umbrella Splash

Morning everyone from a freezing Hull-hope your all keeping warm and not too much snow.We have a new challenge at Open-Minded Crafting Fun which is "Movie Inspiration"-I used a Doris Day film "Storm Warning" and used the image "Umbrella Splash" from Sami Stamps,I paper pieced the image with a scrap from stash,glossy accents on puddle,sentiment,ribbon and liquid pearls from stash,cardstock from Papermill Direct and B.paper Parisienne Blue from Docrafts Papermania.The puffy clouds die set I have just won from "Your next Stamp".We are also sponsored by Ike's Art,Sassy Studio.I uploaded pic and realised I hadn't coloured her legs and arm oops.

New Baby Card

I made this new baby card for my SILs new great grandson.I made a criss cross card,and a pre-coloured topper from Hobby house.Cardstock from Papermill Direct,and everything else from stash,which was my New Years resolution-to use up my existing hoard err stash before buying more.I bought a bag of the platic safety pins sold as shower favours but have never used before.

Another Sewing card

I made another sewing card using all Craftwork card papers and elements,scissor charm,twine,tape measure,buttons and pins from stash.I wrapped muslin and ribbon round dressmaker dummies.My grandaughters Ellie-7 and Holly-5 decorated a canvas each using their Dads old/out of date tattoo inks-plus a few splatters on kitchen units lol.
