Ivy Corner ATC

Morning and we have an new monthly mixed media challenge starting today at A Inky Mess sponsored by Ikes Art-I made an ATC and used the image Ivy Corner coloured with my new Graphic Line Paint pens and a water brush to create a watercolour effect.I put the image onto 3-D foam and embossed the backing card with Leaf EF from Crafters Companion then rubbed Mica pwd over the embossing/cardstock from Papermill Direct and liquid pearls from stash,the little Bee stamp is from Chocolate Baroque.

Decorated notebook

Another Halloween Tag

Morning everyone and feeling rather proud today grandaughter Ellie(9yrs) has been chosen among the few representing Thanet Primary School in a cross country run today-so good luck Ellie.We have a new ATG challenge today at Simply Papercrafts sponsored by Robyns Fetish and I used the image-Mark Mummy-coloured with promarkers,tag was made with recycled packaging,paper from Crafters Companion CD,black tulle/spider charm/square from Graphic 45 papers and bandage from stash.

60th Birthday

Morning and we have a new challenge starting today at Create And Inspire which is Just For Fun,we have no sponsor this challenge so as I had been asked to make a 60th birthday card thought I would kill two birds with one stone so to speak lol.I found the image on Google (thanks Chrissy)and added glossy accents to the rose,lge rose B.paper from stash,two back papers were freebies from Tattered Lace craft mag,lace/ribbon/fabric flower/pearls from stash,sentiment was computer generated in dafont,cardstock from Papermill Direct.

Journal page-Harriet Dreaming

Morning again and back with my second post today which is my DT journal page for CCC Digi Creations ATG/Add a Bow challenge,we are sponsored by Pink Gem Designs and I chose the beautiful image Harriet coloured with promarkers/printed out twice as the first time my skin promarkers kept running out and looked a mess and was only left with a couple of really pale colours!!!Sizzix doily die,ribbon and oddments of paper and dictionary pages from stash.I used acrylic paint/script stamp/and made the circles and lines with bottle tops and a plastic card,the stamped gold heat embossed dream is from Crafters Companion.Would also like to welcome my new follower Katie.

Flower Monkey

Morning and hope everyone is okay and well I am finally feeling a lot better just left with a cough,but at least I am up and about again.I have two posts today,my first one is my DT card for

Gorgeous Fushia

My card today is for the new challenge at Create and Inspire which started yesterday the 5th but for some reason I had it scheduled for the 7th,anyway here it is I used the beautiful image Fushia from Sheepsi Designs who are sponsoring this challenge,coloured with promarkers,cardstock from Papermill Direct and papers from stash-now can you believe not one piece of paper was cut in the making of this card(only the cardstock),I found three pieces that co-ordinated and matted and layered perfectly yay.I adore Fushias and used to have a really big collection of them all in the garden and a yard full of containers-I even grew standard ones from my own cuttings too-and now my son is doing the same!

Card and ATC

Morning everyone and hope you are all well and raring to join our new challenge at 613 Avenue Create which is ATG/Green and Gold,we have quite a few sponsors so that means lots of prizes.I made two projects using images from Eureka-the first one is a card using Heart tree coloured with Twinkling H2O's,ribbon/hessian/mirri board/gems and B.paper from stash,cardstock from Papermill Direct and I painted white and black card with gold Aztec paint to get a different effect,the flowers were stamped out of a gold foil top off a yoghurt pot(washed I might add lol)the congratulations is a Tattered Lace die.

My second project is an ATC using Tulips coloured with Twinkling H2O's,Sizzix die,ribbon from stash,and I gold-heat embossed the edges and Tulip stamp onto back card.I have a concertina type mini album which I am using to hold my ATCs -it is kraft card which I painted with gold Aztec paint.

SOS From the Bees and Elephants

Ooops sorry Leslie just realised this challenge should have been posted this morning,I actually thought it had been scheduled obviously not!!!So onto my project which is a journal page,for the new challenge at Love to Craft-come and show whatever you are crafting.I have had the elephant image for a long time and no idea where it came from so if anyone knows please tell,I coloured the image with my new oil pastels and this is my first attempt so not to bad lol,die cut heart was coloured with pan pastels,Chocolate Baroque Bee stamp with glamour dusted wings,script stamp,plastic card used for stripes,bottle top lids dipped in paint,homemade textured paste through Tando stencil,coloured strip on left hand side is a strip of clothing label,strips of P.paper,mica powder added to edge of clock die which symbolises time running out,cardstock from Papermill Direct,the SOS from Tattered lace alphabet die is for the declining number of Bees and Elephants.
