Smash Your Stash Time

 Morning and as it's the last Saturday of the month time for the Smash Your Stash journal page challenge with my blogging friend Vicki of Stamped Smiles so please check out her blog too as she always has a brilliant take on the themes.

This month the prompt is---Imprint (Use a gel plate/print machine/leaves )

I went with the leaves as I don't have a gel plate. The background was made with watercolour and painted onto the leaves,then I used oxide ink on a couple of different leaves.Couldn't find a suitable sentiment and no printer was struggling till I found this craft mag freebie from years ago in a little tub.

Surprise,suprise I made another new card fold inspired by ELLIE-JEANNE who kindly posted the  the instructions.

This card is great for using up scraps and folds flat for posting.The stamps are from AALL&Create and Pink Frog all coloured with Art By Marlene watercolours,I rubbed candle wax in stripes on the flower to resist the water colour,also stamped the snail onto kraft card and paper pieced then added a swipe of darker paint,B.paper is from Craft&You, circle die-cut is from Creative Dies.

Made a Zine

 Morning and I found this tutorial to make something out of an 11" x 8 and a quarter inches paper/card I had never heard of before a Zine so I made one lol.You just fold and make one little cut-thats it and you decorate using little oddments and I knew I had some Vintage adverts BUT whilst looking for them I found an almost empty paper pad from Studio light,had it for years and I had used all the papers but left a few pages of the colourful image to fussy cut but never found the right project-but this was it!I fussy cut all the image,sentiments and the little washi tape images and the two strips the birds were standing on was candles but thought that was going just too far!When closed it measures 4" x 2 and three quarter inches (10x7cms) Quite enjoyed making this little fun Zine.The B.paper was from K&C in the QVC Dawn Bibby days.

Double Tucked Fold Card

 Morning and I have made a a 6" Double Tucked Fold Card for the ATG challenge at

 The Crafty Addicts.I used papers from a 13 Arts-Rosalie paper pad.I fussy cut some flowers for the inside corners and one of the bird cages to hang from the ribbon-ribbon from stash.Really easy to make (Brenda lol)just folding and scoring after you cut the card size, folds pretty flat for posting too.

Happy Birthday and Bees

 Morning and my second DT post today is for the Birthday challenge at Dragonfly Dreams.Welcome to our two GDT Jan R and Lynda(Loopyloo)

I used a sketch using a tutorial I saw at Beccys Place.

The P.papers are from The Paper Boutique,black enamel dots and little Bee from stash.The Steampunky  flowers are from a platic bag full of loose stamps so your guess is as good as mine! I stamped them,cut the petals and layered after colouring with a light grey promarker,the Happy Birthday is from Stampin Up,I drew the line around the card with a fineliner pen and ruler.

Garden Delights

 Morning and I have two more DT posts today-the first one is for the Garden Delights challenge at Stamping Sensations.We have a prize of a £25 vocher from Stamp Addicts.Hope you will also check out our GD Helen.

I used a stamp set from Stamping Art I bought off a FB decluttering page,this is a pretty large stamp 5and a half inches x 4and a half inches with four more stamps in the set too.I used my favourite border stamp from Crafters Companion-had it years,and coloured the image with Cosmic Shimmer Iridescent watercolours-Decadent&Precious Metal set,the b.paper is from The Works.

Card Chain Swap

 Morning and time for the Card Chain Swap Reveal. 32 cards were exchanged.

I made a card using the CAS,sketch,colours and veg themes and my card went to Renata in The Netherlands.

Sapphire and Opal

 Morning and I have three DT posts today the third one is for the  new challenge at Birthstone Challenges-Sapphire and Opal.Sapphire is my Birth Stone too.

I made a Diamond Point card and used double sided P.paper from The Works, a die cut frame from Spellbinders and white embossed the Rose from Honey Doo Crafts,the little opal gems are from Stampin Up I won at Creative Creases last year.

Eclipse Card

 Morning and as it's 1st of September I have three DT posts today-the second one is for Tracies Recipe challenge- Pink/Pearls/Sparkle at Pearly Sparkles.I found a pre printed =pre coloured image from a couple of years ago from a freebie site,and a die I bought of someone on FB decluttering so no idea whose it is.Put them togetherand made another eclipse card,dewdeops from stash-had those years too and the stamped sentiment is from Stampin Up.

Vintage 1st Anniversary

 Morning and 1st September can you believe-I have three DT posts today,the first one is for the Vintage challenge at Scrapping4fun.I made an anniversary card for Son and DIL first anniversary which was on Wednesday and I went Vintage as I made Vintage wedding invites for them last year.

Die-cut frames  are from Spellbinders-foliage and flowers had for years and on magnetic sheets and long forgotten whose they are.I stamped script on the flowers and added card candy,used kraft paper and oddments of p.paper distressed,hessian,coruggated card board,tiny pearls and a little wooden Bee and heart.

Thank you for all your lovely caring comments about Hubby-really appreciated.
