Hard To Use Papers.

 Morning -do you have any hard to use papers? I have a few that are difficult to cut up and love this 12" square one but keep putting it back in the box.

Then I saw this you-tube video. Made 6 little useful cards with just an added sentiment.

Smash Your Stash Journal Page

 Morning  Evening -I am so sorry Vicki, life has not finished with me yet and this month has just run away with me and couldn't believe it was the last Saturday in the month so time for the Smash your Stash Journal challenge with Vicki from Stamped Smiles who makes brilliant journal pages so please check her blog. The prompt this month was recycle/upcycle and my page this month is totally recycled.

The background was already made, the leaves in the corner was from packaging, the strip at the top was recycled from a kitchen roll inner- all the rest was a complete recycled-even the wax seal-from a card I received in a card swap and kept it because I loved it- now have it for ever to look at instead of in a box.

More Snowdrops

 Morning and time for the mid month inspiration at Stamping Sensations  for the Birds/Animals/Flowers/Nature challenge or ATG option.

This time I went with flowers and the beautiful Snowdrops stamp from Sweet Dixie, coloured with promarkers and flowers stamped again and added with 3-D foam pads. The inky background was made with distress inks on a stamp block and sprayed with water-the p, paper was an oddment left from The Works. (Stamp has finally been put away lol)

Herbert Hare

  Morning and I have two DT posts today-the second one is for the "Animals" challenge, chosen by Pamela at Dragonfly Dreams.

I made a notebook cover-the background is a stripey adhesive paper I received in a card swap, I gold embossed the old wooden Stampotique stamp Herbert Hare and coloured with promarkers the stamped borders was made with a Pink Frog stamp and I used distress ink round the edge and glossy accents on the eyes.

Just to show it is a notebook cover.

Tri-Fold Nature Card

 Morning and I have two DT posts today-the first one is for the Nature/Flowers/Birds challenge at Stamping Sensations and we have 2 prizes of stamps and stencils from Lavinia. I made a Tri-fold card using Crafters Companion papers, stamps from AALL&Create, sentiment stamp from Pickled Pear, dies from My Favourite Things, seam binding ribbon from stash and I cut a butterfly from the paper and added on the front on 3-D foam pads.

I have been rather slow leaving comments this week but I will catch up.

Card Chain Swap

 Morning and time for the Card Chain Swap Reveal- 24 cards were exchanged. I went with the Black/White and one other colour option and my card went to Robyn in Australia. I used AALL&Create stamp set, background stencil from My Favourite Things and the corner stickers I found in my planner journal-only had it about 4 yrs and use it for listing challenges but they were tucked in a pocket lol.
