Hi Helen(Carols daughter) here-my Mam had a fall on Saturday and she has fractured two ribs and as they are on the right side has limited strength in right hand so out of action for about a month.She will catch up with you all asap.

I Have My Eye On You!

Morning and back with the last of three DT posts today-this one is for the ATG challenge at Love To Craft.The background was made using the ink on the negative side of the stencil(the side you clean)all stamps and stencils from AALL& Create mica powder added to the texture paste and the eye stamped on a fabric heart from stash,distress ink round edges.

All Is Calm-All Is Bright

Morning and can you believe we are now into December and yesterday we had snow and it was absolutely freezing!!!I have three DT posts today the 2nd one is for the new "Winter Wonderland" challenge at Love to Scrap sponsored by Bugaboo,Pickled Potpurri,and DRS Designs whose image and sentiment I used.The image is Christmas Village Pond With Bridge,coloured with promarkers and added glossy accents on pond/soft snow and distress glitter,decided to leave it CAS and printed sentiment twice in different sizes---well originally to see which suited best and decided to add both.

Wind in My Hair and Pearls

Morning and we have a new challenge at A Inky Mess sponsored by Scrap'N'Dipity and I used the beautiful image "Wind In My Hair"coloured with promarkers.I kept the card simple-cardstock is from Papermill Direct,the background was made with the reverse of the inked stencil from another project and distress inked edges.
The heart was cut from the middle of the stencilled background-hidden by the image distress ink round the edges,glossy accents on lips and pearls from stash--done.

Tangled Christmas Lights--Every Year!!!

Morning and we have a new ATG/Christmas challenge at Crafty Girlz and I used the fabulous image-Tangled-from Sasayaki Glitter-kept the image uncoloured except for the lights and added glossy accents on the eyes and nose.I first saw this image on Chrissys blog and just had to go and buy it!!! but only just got around to using it.I used some sparkly card and a Memory Box Pine Needle die-cut,B.paper from stash.

Herbert Hare in Watercolour

Morning and hope everyone is well--I was delighted to have been asked to be a Guest Designer for Fashionable Stamping-thank you for the invite Shirley-the challenge theme chosen by Carola is "Nature"-how easy is that so hope you can find the time to join in.I used a wooden stamp from Stampotique "Herbert Hare" coloured with watercolours and glossy accents on eyes,then doodled round the edges and added some little metal confetti hearts.The stamped sentiment is from a Holly Hobbie set.
The background was made using 3 distress inks through a Creative Expressions stencil-didn't quite get the overlapping perfect-but hey-it is handmade-so unique-right?

Vintage Adverts in a Box

Morning and I have two DT posts today-the second one is for the ATG/3-D card challenge at 613 Avenue Create-suggested by Ginny.I made a card in a box using images of old advertising posters that I have had in my stash for so long I don't even remember where they are from.I usually make my own boxes but I bought these from Craftwork Cards all ready die-cut.I added some recycled black net/made a couple of hand-made flowers and cut up a couple of straws coloured with black promarker-two little silk roses from stash-all put onto some little chipboard frames brought from The Works.

Cameo 4 and Cheescloth

A little late posting due to hubby ill/bereavment/standing on reading glasses and mojo taking a little break-still better late than never-luckily I had already coloured the image so I went for CAS --oops nearly forgot the card is for the new ATG challenge at Simply Papercrafts and as we are sponsored by Morgans Atworld I used the beautiful image Cameo 4,coloured with promarkers.

Alchemy in Sepia

Morning hope everyone is well! We have a new challenge starting today at A Inky Mess sponsored by Luna Girl and I used the Alchemy images and made a journal page.The background was made with Brushos then I used three of the images and scrumpled them up for texture,put the title on corrugated cardboard,edged everything with Cosmic Shimmer gold gilding polish and some on the creases,then attached everything with Pinflair glue gel for some height.

Ink Splat Butterfly

Morning-I needed a sympathy card for a neighbour who has just lost his son at 48yrs to cancer.I made a CAS card and used my "Ink Splat Butterfly" stamp from IndigoBlu white embossed onto kraft card,die-cut sentiment,circle dies from Creative Dies and black gem from stash.

How many Candles ???

Morning and we have a new challenge at Daisy Chain sponsored by Di's Digis.I was recently given a box full of unused wooden stamps and this one was the biggest at 6" long sooo a big stamp from Art Impressions,coloured with promarkers and glossy accents on the balloons,I edged the image with a crackle stamp and the sentiment is from Bugaboo.
The background was made with Gelatos and the music score paper downloaded from Google.I think this stamp is brilliant and know a few people I could make this for!!!
