Morning--now what do you do when you realise you need a DT card for tomorrow ---first you panic then shoot well matbe not shoot into craft room --then you find a paper and think ooh that fits nicely with the craft mag freebies that came through the door on Saturday sooo naturally you make a completely unrelated card which I might add you are really happy with lol--so here it is---the collage typewriter tag stamp is a craft mag freebie and so is the sentiment added on a piece of white card and paper pieced.the vintage camera was a tag from goodness knows where which I distressed with grandaughters great nail file which then accidently fell into my drawer shhh.
I stamped onto the B.paper with more freebie stamps which came with the set(definitely keeping this months)I backed everything onto kraft card and distress inked all edges and added twine to the tag.

Oh Carol its gorgeous, who hasn't forgotten a deadline and rushed to get it done, sometimes making things in a hurry works out better than spending time pouring over a project, weird....I love the distressing, I use my craft knife or old scissors, never did get round to buying the gizmo from TH....BTW that type writer image is really gorgeous...xx
This is so lovely, thank you for sharing with us over here at Penny’s Paper-Crafty Challenge blog and best of luck with your entry.

Oh, I love all this vintage on this card and for someone just shooting into a room and creating this beautiful card - well, I wish I had that kind of "shooting" creativity!!! I always enjoy what you make with your "freebies"!! Hugs
Wonderful colors and such a pretty design Carol.

For a last minute card, this turned out quite lovely! I love the vintage style with all the great images in the background!
Fabulous set of really useful stamps, I bet you get some mileage out of them. Great card, I love the vintage look, it works so well with the 'sit-up-and-beg' typewriter (I remember learning how to type on something looking like this, it may have been an Underwood ....... takes me back).
Can't wait to see what you made for the DT.

A stressful situation that resulted in a beautiful vintage design, abd along the way it sounds like you had fun too. Plus the pleasure of using freebies at that. Well done!

I love this gorgeous vintage card, Carol! I learned typing on a very old machine - not quite as old as this one! - and my goodness was it hard work banging on the very stiff keys! Typing on a modern computer keyboard is soooo much easier!!
love Mags B x
