Last Minute Birthday

Morning and I realised it was my BIL birthday on Friday and panicked as mojo has gone on holiday-so had a sift through my scrap drawer and found three strips of paper and a stamped image which just needed a bit of colour with promarkers. Papers from CraftOclock, stamped image from Crafty Individuals and stamped sentiment from Stampin Up-job done and across to the post office.

Another proud Grandma moment-My other Grandson(12yrs) who also plays for an Academy like his younger brother had his football presentation on Saturday and won an award for goal of the season and another award for most improved player.

Please note if any challenges have digis for prizes I am just playing for fun and support as I don't have a printer.

I think that the best moments for Grandmothers is when they can celebrate a grandchild's accomplishments. Congratulations to all! I would say that you got some of your mojo back when you were able to pull out some scraps and make this sweet card. Glad that you were able to share this card with us at Double D Challenge.

Great card for your BIL, well done to Grandson, I'm thinking there's going to be lots of competitiveness between those boys as they get into their teens.

Carol, this card is such a fantastic example of making magic from scraps! The layered papers create a wonderful backdrop, and that seagull adds so much character—he made me smile. It’s amazing how you pulled everything together so seamlessly in a pinch. And wow, huge congratulations to your grandson—what a proud moment that must have been!
