Morning everyone-at Ellie and Hollys school every week they pick two out of every class who have been good and take them to the local Asda forcake and a drink, and each week they run a colouring and designing competition.Well the week Holly was picked they had to draw Santa. When we went to see Ellie in the school play the teaher asked Tasha to make sure Holly was at school the next day(she has had a couple of days off with croup)They had picked eight winners from the groups and Holly was presented with a onesie from the George range by the store manager and George dpt manager.Non of the children knew anything about it as the school kept it a surprise.
Yesterday i took Ellie and Holly into town and met up with DIL Diane and grandson Jozef,we met outside the City hall where they had three camels, baby llama, donkey and sheep also a cast for the Nativity all dressed up.They paraded down Whitefriargate (with all the animals)to the Trinity Church just before which they knocked on the doors of Bob Carvers(well known chip shop in Hull)and the two last pubs before the church-having the doors closed in their faces before ending up at the stable erected outside the Church. There they acted out the Nativity with the church choir singing Carols. We enjoyed the after-noon and we were lucky with the weather too as it was all outside.
