I have made a tag using a greyboard tag covered in gesso then acrylic paint,I then sprayed with water and used Brushos in various greens,added seasalt which I rubbed off when dry-then completely covered the result with Sue Wilson foliage dies which I covered with holygraphic embossing pwd and touches of gilding polish which I also edged the tag with and black netting from stash.The seahorse and bubbles were from a Craft Stamper mag freebie stamp,pearls were from
Xanderous Crafty Stash,I also added glossy accents water drops,the seahorse was coloured with Graphik paint pens.
