ATC Trading Coins

Thinking of those whose homes and lives are in the path of the hurricane-Stay safe.

I have some more ATC Trading coins to share I have also made them for a FB swap on UK Stampers Forum-the theme is ATG, we also swap ATCs/postcards/tags and inches and more recently banners will post that another day.Now I even remembered to take pic too!!!
First of all I used a copy paper sheet that has been used to stamp on instead of cleaning stamps and also oddments of left over colour.

Then chose sections to cut the coins out of using a scalloped circle die from Creative Dies.

These pieces were then stuck onto the die-cut coins for strength and stamped on using part of a craft mag freebie set-distress inked edges and done!!!

Gosh, just making the backgrounds looks like so much fun. There was a time I did a lot of backgrounds of this sort and I always enjoyed it. Then along came coloring and it takes all my time. Love it, too, though. These quotes are such beautiful words!

Ha! Great result. I must start wiping my stamps on card instead of cleaning them on sponge, so I can do this too!!! CarolG

The waste paper has been put to such great use as the backgrounds for your coins! Love how you've stamped the maple leaf and the verses over each one. Isn't great to have supplies to hand, that you might have thrown away? These look so pretty, Carol. TFS & Hugs
