I covered the box in paper from £1 shop/the fancy die-cut borders are Tattered Lace/small black butterflies,brad pull,pearl feet from stash/the oddment on drawer front was from card embossed with TH-EF and wiped with black acrylic.The top butterfly was cut from sticky backed fabric and stuck onto black card for stability,the little butterflies inside were from google--hopefully I have time to make another couple.

Very pretty and fun! I have a billion matchboxes from a local golf course -- promotional items which were printed wrong and had to be discarded -- and have enjoyed decorating them in the past. Perfect for candy or small gifts. Love the butterflies!

I would also find a challenge like this one too tempting to pass-up and your box is just delightful. Makes me think that, instead of giving a card, a gift of a cute little box with a special surprise inside would be appreciated by the recipient and could become a real keepsake. Thanks for sharing!
