I used "Lazy Louise N Bath Time Bubble Friends"-coloured with pormarkers and added glossy accents.
B.papers from The Works/Spellbinders frame-stamped brush/mirror/sentiment and pic in the frame were all craft mag freebies.I stamped the mirror and brush on white card and cut them out.

That's a pretty stamp and you've held onto it for a long time. Love the somewhat earthy look of this, which is quite fitting for a fairy, really. Beautiful!
Oops, I don't know how my fairy comment got on this post. Who did that, LOL? This isn't a fairy, but it sure is cute! The character reminds me of Betty Boop, but with blonde hair. Love that she has a polka dot tub.
