Diamond Point Anniversary Card

Morning and this is my 4th and last GDT card for Krafty Chicks been nice working with you ladies-the challenge this week is "All Occasions" and I made a Diamond point Anniversary card.(6" square card)

The P.paper is from Art by Marlene,die-cut frame from Spellbinders, bottles and glasses from a stamp and die set craft mag freebie, coloured with promarkers and added glossy accents, the added little black pearl from stash-added to hide the unwanted blob of glossy accents lol,

Last time I made one everyone said it looked complicated-you find the centre point of card and cut from each corner to centre point then layer across the front-view from inside card.

Hi Carol. Looks like you've been busy again with a wonderful card, and a great background I guess you made too. And in your tiny workspace too! CarolG

Last time you made one it inspired me to make one too, I was pleasantly surprised at how straight forward it was. I very rarely make shaped cards. Haven't got round to posting it yet. This one is great, wonderful paper and who wouldn't want a nice glass of red wine xx

Carol thank you so much for showing this card. I have seen quite a few examples recently but not sat down and worked out how it was made. Seeing the inside makes it so obvious! and you are right so easy.

It inspired me to use the shape for a DT card coming on 1st July. I will credit you and your card in my blogpost.

I am so glad you didn't stop making cards :)

Love Mandy xxx

This is amazing, Carol. The papers couldn't be more perfect and the pearl is just the perfect accent for such an elegant card (glossy accents or not:).
