Morning and last Saturday of the month and I am joing with my blogging friend Vicki making a journal page to inspire each other and use some of our stash, hope you will check out her page too.
Vicki has made a list of prompts and this month it's Smash Your Stash with-die-cuts/punched out pieces/tags.I have quite a few started but not finished journal pages and found one in my Pink Pig journal.I only have a small circle punch and not many dies after a serious declutter last year but here goes
The background is smooshed ink left on desktop from other projects, texture paste through a stencil and ink through a foliage stencil.script stamp from Carabelle, tag, small kraft tag, hessian strip, butterfly, piece of postage stamp(?) and buckle die(Memory Box) are all from oddment box so a few more things used lol,the black strip at the top was the negative part from a punched border-knew it would come in handy lol.

Great page! So many neat bit and bobs. Thanks for joining us at Little Red Wagon.
WOW! What a beauty this is! The colors are a perfect combo for Spring and you have such a great eye for adding your different elements to combine them all together for a lovely design! Love the way you've done your punched border at the top as well as your pretty circle element among your butterfly! Brilliant job of adding the texture with the paste background and the burlap piece! Really appreciate you sharing your inspiration with me each month friend! HUGS
You really DID smash your stash this month. This is spectacular and I love how you incorporated the tag, too. Thank you for sharing this gem with us at Art Journal Journey using Valerie's theme.
A brilliant compilation of textures, colours, papers and embellishments Carol
A journal page like this is so expressive and personal. You might have felt that you were a bit short on some of your friend's elements you have certainly made up for it with the things you do have and used. I love pages like this and really hope you enjoyed creating it. As always your art work is very welcome at the River of Creativity. x
I love the background and soft colours Carol, and all those lush layers and textures, tags, doily die and buutterfly..love it..

I love this style, but it doesn’t come naturally for me. I feel I always do messy, and not perfectly organized randomness like I see here. So much detail to take in, it’s beautiful.
Some great textures going on there Carol, love the colours and all the bits and bobs.xx
