This is such an effective design using silver.

I haven't heard it called stencil waste, but I sure do love that subtle background. Perfect for stamping on. You have some beautiful glimmer with the silver!

HilaryJane said...

It is always good when a piece of waste finds its way onto a card. Love the layered look and the embossed edges xx

I like how the stencilled paper adds color to the design and how the images themselves have been left untouched. And the silver embossing also looks beautiful.

Hi Carol, I believe I can help you with the make of die Frame as I have it too. Penny Black 'Antique Frame'. Just checked it against your card above and it fits. Thought I had that lovely Tracy Evans stamp too but I don't so must rectify that asap!! Wow, wow to this beautiful card. I love your idea of silver embossing the edges. What an impact it has made.
Hugs Mrs A.

Hi, Carol! What an interesting take on our inspiration board! Loving the riotous background - just like mother nature as she releases her seeds and spring growth, and the amazing deckle frames to promote that feeling even more! My garden definitely looks this way after plants seed! Thank you for sharing your love of all things flowers at the Beautiful Blossoms Challenge https://beautifulblossomschallenge.blogspot.com. I hope to see more of your designs soon.

A lovely card and I like how you've framed the central image. I find it hard to believe but I don't actually own a single AALL & Create stamp, so perhaps that's a situation that I need to rectify! Take care x
