Morning and I have two posts today the first one is for a GDT spot at Creative Artiste and I made a hanger out of an unused hamster walkway and decorated the back.
I gessoed the board then added distress inks and assorted stamps,texture paste through a stencil,then crackle glaze.Added a wooden heart swiped with Gilding Polish and added wooden Bees, a little wooden Ladybird,some flat back black pearls,a couple of screwhead brads(with the backs cut off) and some little little gems from a broken bracelet.

I think I can safely say that no one else has thought to make a hanger from an old hamster walkway!! This is absolutely gorgeous and so unique. Love your bees and ladybird. Hugs Mrs A.

A hamster walkway! That has to be a first, you've totally transformed it into this wonderful hanger.
This is quite the stunner Carol and so ingenious to upcycle a hamster walkway. It's one of those projects I wish I could pick up and take a closer look at, so I could see the textures paste and crackle glaze, nonetheless, it all looks amazing.
