Smash Your Stash

Morning and last Saturday of the month means it's Smash Your Stash junk journal challenge with my blogging friend Vicki from Stamped Smiles who makes fabulous cards and journal pages so please check out her blog.

The prompt this month is New Challenge/Technique which I struggled with a bit-then I found a ready made background in one of my junk journals, using real leaves to stamp onto a water colour background-distress inked the edges- the stamped sentiments are from Indigo Blu and AALL&Create. I then found two pieces I stamped with craft mag freebie stamps from years ago so I added distress inks round the edges and added them to page.

PLEASE NOTE IF ANY CHALLENGES HAVE DIGIS FOR PRIZES-I AM JUST PLAYING FOR FUN AND SUPPORT AS I HAVE NO PRINTER

Gorgeous page Carol and it makes me happy with your colorful background! LOVE the foliage theme and your beautiful stamped images are perfect for this! I also love the sentiment at the bottom! Do you make a separate page and then attach to your spiral notebook? I have one I'm trying to use, but trying to create directly to the spiral book pages is little annoying. Thanks for your awesome inspiration friend!
